Gavin impressed me from the get go and continued to impress all the way through. My job was a ‘mare from start to finish, but Gavin rose to the challenge with huge professionalism and good grace. He worked incredibly hard to find me the right colour at the right price. As a customer, I value communication. Gavin’s commication was excellent throughout. He was happy to liaise directly with my tenants over the fitting arrangements and he didn’t balk at having to work around the bedroom furniture, which severely slowed him down. After toiling for a mammoth 8 hours in blistering heat, the carpet was down and the bedrooms transformed! Gavin did a smashing job and I’m over the moon happy!

Gavin fitted wood floors across three floors in our house, taking real care to ensure the right 'flow' between rooms and paying attention to the little details that make a finish flawless. Really pleased with the work done and appreciate Gavin's flexibility (working around other contractors, our schedule, and specific requests), friendliness, and transparency around cost/timelines. A great job doing oak flooring throughout the whole downstairs fitting underfloor heating arranged the electrician all done for a good price. Polite, on time, and very knowledgeable!

Supplied and fitted 2 carpets on the hottest day of the century. Would have been happy if they had postponed but they didn't want to let me down. Excellent quality of both the carpets and the fitting. They tidied up. Service was friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
